Check your Smart Door Lock is secured from the outside
- 1. Pull out the Smart Key from the Door Lock. Try locking/unlocking the door by turning the Smart Door Lock’s outdoor knob: check that it turns freely, preventing the door from opening.
- 2. Check that the indoor handle cannot be reached with your hand when the door is closed.
