Installation guide
If you cannot lock/unlock your door:
- 1. Check that the fixing screw is not screwed in too tightly (this can block the system).
- 2. Check that nothing is blocking the Door Lock.
- 3. Check that the batteries are well inserted by removing them. Then put them back over the ribbon ensuring the positive and negative ends match the engraving. The Smart Door Lock will emit a sound to indicate it has been powered on.
